- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

Well I've been looking for a bag like this for ages and I've found this one, it's fabulous love the colour it's so in this season, and so much room, for everything, phone purse lippy perfume tissue it's just perfect 👌 would really love the same bag in Red.
Absolutely LOVE this bag! Have been looking at these bags on other sites but Florrie had best selection of colours! Love the khaki - lovely quality leather and great size! Perfect for daily use, work and travel! Looks great worn across body or as a shoulder bag! Fits loads in without looking huge. Great price - I got 10% off! My new favourite bag! I am already eyeing up another potential purchase in another colour!
