We hope you are really happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes your item isn't what you thought it would be and we are happy to offer a 28 day returns policy.
- You have 28 days from receipt to return the item to us for a refund.
- After this a credit note may be issued.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

Love this bag, it’s not my normal brightly coloured choice of bag, as this taupe colour can go with so many outfits, it’s perfect!. The bag inside is ideal for all your essentials, along with a small pouch and simple black lining. The zip is very smooth and feels well made. The metal rings on the side also feel strong and simple to clip on the interchangeable straps.
You receive the slender single colour matching strap, which has good clasp clips - a very classy look.
I did purchase the rose gold stripe bag strap to match - which it does perfectly.
This style of bag I was unsure about, but it sits so well you truly are hands free. Ideal for any season.
