- You have 28 days from receipt to return the item to us for a refund or exchange.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

This is my second betty and I got the brown as I love my black one so much. It’s the perfect size for all my needs. The leather is wonderful and smells glorious. I’d love a few vibrant colours in this style too
I now have 2 of these bags. Hubby got me the black one for Christmas. I loved it so much I ordered the tan one myself using a birthday discount code from Florrie and Bird *thank you 😊. They are amazing quality. You can carry all your 'stuff' without it feeling too bulky. The crossbody strap is adjustable which for someone who is a bit well endowed is perfect.The strap in photo is also from F&B. I get stopped, and asked, all the time, where I got them from and really hoping you get the denim colourway in so I can add to my collection. Service and delivery also excellent. Would highly recommend.
I bought the Betty Tan Cross body bag, totally impressed with the size and quality. I am tall and do sometimes struggle with thw length of the crossbody strap, but this one is perfect!

Betty Bag....absolutely perfect bag! Ideal size as it's big enough for what you need but not big enough to be "bulky", the 2 straps are great and the longer one is perfect for tall people to wear as a crossbody( of course it can be altered).
Really nice quality and silver hardware - so many are gold coloured.
Delivery and packaging were very good.
All in all 11/10 ;-)
I purchased the Cream Betty bag earlier in the year and was so pleased with both the quality of the leather that I decided to buy the Tan Betty for the autumn. The versatility of the two straps and having a long crossbody strap and the short shoulder strap makes it such a useful trendy bag, I have had so many comments asking where I purchased it from. It is lovely to deal with a company that goes just that bit further to add a thank you note in the parcel. Quick delivery and well packaged.
