- You have 28 days from receipt to return the item to us for a refund.
- After this a credit note may be issued.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

Really lovely bag that sits comfortably and nicely on the body. Really good value for leather bag and strap. Service from company was excellent as resent without extra cost and very quickly, never had that before. Excellent.
Absolutely love my new bag, previously I have bought a couple of bags like this but in the smaller version, this bag ticks all the boxes, and having slightly extra space and a double zip makes all the difference.
