- You have 14 days from receipt to return the item to us for a refund.
- After this a credit note will be issued up to 28 days after order.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

It's smaller than I thought as I watched the video that said you could fit a bottle of water in. You can, but nothing else will fit!
Having said that, I bluddy love it!!

This was my first purchase with Florrie & Bird and it certainly won’t be my last. It’s a great bag at a descent price. I highly recommend. I will be buying more cross body bum bags in different colours. I got the large gold size
