- After this a credit note will be issued up to 28 days after order.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

I’ve had my old brown leather bag for almost ten years and love it but the original strap snapped a while ago so it’s been out of action.

I absolutely love this bag so much so I bought the cream for myself and asked for the black with khaki/gold strap for my birthday, got it Friday…. LOVE! There are lots in this style around but none in this league for make, finish and price.Thanks
