- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

I love my black leather sling bag. I also bought the rose gold and black strap. It’s perfect for travelling and every day. You can wear it under or over coats and it’s more comfortable that regular cross body bags. Delivery was very quick. Very happy!
