We hope you are really happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes your item isn't what you thought it would be and we are happy to offer a 14 day returns policy.
- You have 14 days from receipt to return the item to us for a refund.
- After this a credit note will be issued up to 28 days after order.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.

Lovely bag and big enough to fit all of your essentials in. Can go from day to evening and you can change the look by just changing the strap. Reasonable price for real leather. Quick delivery and great service. Would recommend.

I came across Florrie and Bird recently on Instagram and the bags really caught my eye. It was the Florrie bags that I had been looking at and the wonderfull straps and had decided to go for the Monochrome look. I noticed this bag on a Florrie and Bird Insta story and that was the end of the Florrie bag for me! This was lovely and the stud detail really lifted the bag to another level. I think it's quite edgy and I chose the black and khaki strap to go with it.
I've chosen this as a Christmas present from my mother so I've not had the chance to use it yet.
The care and passion Florrie and Bird have for their business is clear to see in the packaging and personal note.
I have my eye on a few other bags so will definitely purchase from F&B again.
