RETURNS

• You have 28 days from receipt to return the item to us for a refund.
• After this a credit note may be issued.
• If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
• Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.
