- After this a credit note will be issued up to 28 days after order.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.
